EU distance purchases

Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days from receiving goods to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Exceptions may apply, including for certain personalized or custom-made goods.

Return condition

Returned jewelry should be unused and returned with its original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible. Customers may be responsible for return shipping where this has been properly disclosed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Faulty or incorrect items

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Please contact CATSBELL promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from what was ordered.
